“Everyone is special, special people need special attention.” Growing up is a very challenging process and a mere reflection of who we are and what we want to be? The WOW foundation lends effective support to identify and nurture creative resources especially for children and young adults who need the space to express their inborn talent.
INBORN TALENT SEARCH: To strategize sourcing, attraction, selection, training, development, retention, promotion and organization. It also incorporates drive-in performances at individual and group level. This is the first and foremost WOW Inborn Excellence Awards, provides support to the gifted individuals to participate, exhibit and demonstrate visible and effective participation. INBORN TALENT SEARCH also seeks to encourage audiences in performing arts as a learning opportunity which can be developed in a natural school environment. INBORN TALENT SEARCH coordinates various approaches to expand its horizon to showcase performing arts and leadership instincts.
TALENT BANK: This is a pool of Talent Resources effective to develop and maintain a variety of performing art forms which may be disintegrating or having lack of visibility and knowledge. TALENT BANK which is based on shared knowledge concepts may be beneficial to many other organizations. TALENT BANK will also enhance learning programs of various art forms both inside and outside school environment. TALENT BANK can also be resourceful for community projects for building a better and secured future.
TALENT NURSERY: This is a venue to learn and continue learning beyond all boundaries. It is sad but true many million children, young adults and parents do not identify or understand their natural gifted qualities. Hence much of the talent is hidden or trapped within the individual. If given an opportunity of encouragement and recognition along with the masters of knowledge helps reducing mental stress, depression, complexes and behavioral problems. The TALENT NURSERY plans to track, develop and process natural talent with children and young adults in the following manner:
· Attracting and incubating natural talent for performing arts and arts background
· Defining and managing the performing arts scope
· Training and development opportunities
· Performance Management Process
· Performing Arts Management Retention Projects
· Performance, promotion and transitioning Performance Arts
